Collected Personal Data

For the purposes of Association membership we will hold the following:

Name, Company Name, Address, Email, telephone number, website address, other online link (Facebook, Instagram etc)

The above information for current members will be held electronically on a secure server (Gdrive), if a member leaves the association for whatever reason this information will be deleted.

For the purposes of applying to join the same set of information will be requested. If the membership is not completed or for any other reasons the driving school does not join then the information will be deleted at this time. If the driving school joins and pays the relevant membership fee then the information will be added to the list mentioned above.

Purpose of collecting data

To contact the respective driving school for completing the membership application

To contact the respective driving school for up and coming events, training and association meetings as appropriate. Also for displaying (if requested) on the members list on this website for the puposes of allowing members of the public to contact driving schools individually to enquire about lessons.

How long we retain your data

Records as mentioned above - applicants not yet a member - until the applicant becomes a full member, if not then deleted at that point

Records as mentioned above - Full members - continually until said member resigns their membership, then information will be deleted.
