Enhancing Skills for a Brighter Future

The Inverurie and District Driving School Association (IDDSA) is committed to providing comprehensive training programmes tailored to meet the needs of our members. These programmes are designed not only to improve individual skills but also to ensure that our members are equipped to deliver the highest standard of service to their clients and the community.

Continuous Professional Development at Its Core

At the heart of our initiatives lies Continuous Professional Development (CPD). We believe that ongoing training and skills enhancement are crucial for our members to thrive in a competitive landscape. Our input to CPD is aimed at keeping our members informed of the latest industry standards and innovations.

Community Benefits Through Professional Growth

The impact of our training programmes extends beyond our members. With every skill enhanced and every professional developed, the quality of service provided to clients improves significantly. This not only fosters trust within the community but also elevates the standards of driver education in the Inverurie area, ensuring safer roads for everyone.

Diverse Training Opportunities

Our training can be as simple as regular attendance to our meetings where we get a chance to discuss the latest news affecting our industry. It can also include more formal training, for example we recently organised and conducted First Aid Certification (details below) training which is a skill that is unfortunatley likely to be called upon when as Instructors we spend a great deal of time on the roads.

Join Us in Our Mission

We invite all driving instructors  to join the Inverurie and District Driving School Association. By participating in our training programmes, you not only invest in your professional development but also become part of a community dedicated to enhancing driver education and safety within our region.

IDDSA completes First Aid

Some of our members certifying for their First Aid

With the help of local trainer Stuart at SMG safety we offered the chance to certify or in some cases re-certify as First Aiders. This included the use of the publicly accessible Defibrillators that you may see in or on various buildings around Aberdeenshire.
